As a general contractor and general designer GPGroup performed architectural design and engineering systems design of the RD and ID stage, as well as the modernization of engineering systems and civil works.

✨ Взмах гимнастической ленточки вдохновил архитекторов и художников на создание Дворца художественной гимнастики имени Ирины Винер-Усмановой в Лужниках. Выполнение полного комплекса по монтажу и пуско-наладочных работ механических систем здания осуществляла строительная компания GPGroup. В 2020 году объект стал обладателем престижной премии в сфере девелопмента и архитектуры MIPIM Awards 2020 в номинации «Лучший спортивный и культурный объект».
Особенность Центра художественной гимнастики — это внушительные размеры. С разнообразием зон, их большими размерами и высотой потолков связаны сложности, которые решались специалистами GPGroup: монтаж на высоте 29 метров, требующий высокого профессионализма для работ под кровельным пространством, большой объем работ, который необходимо контролировать параллельно, внесение заказчиком изменений в проект на этапе, когда работы уже начались, сжатые сроки.
Никакие трудности не встали на пути создания этого важного для российского спорта здания! Мы справились, и за это ещё раз спасибо спортсменам за вдохновение!
